Delivery Policy
At Ornate, all orders are processed on the same day after confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched on Monday
Delivery within the UAE usually takes 2–4 business days, while GCC deliveries may take 5–10 business days depending on the destination.
We offer free shipping on all UAE orders above AED 120. A flat delivery charge of AED 15 will apply to orders below AED 120. GCC shipping charges may vary based on the delivery location.
