At Ornate, we want you to love every piece you receive from us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the item
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
- Exchange requests are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
